Select the arrow you want to customize and modify the color, width, and other attributes. Select the Change shape option and choose the appropriate arrow that connects the Customer Needs and Product Characteristics. Select the arrow you want and drag it onto the worksheet. Select the Change shape option and choose the one that looks like a house. Select the shape for the House-of-Quality and drag it onto the worksheet.
Go to the Insert tab and select Shapes.
