If this happens go into build mode and add the lot trait again as needed. I have noticed during gameplay that the lot trait seems to disappear which will result in no adoption assessment interactions showing on other Sims. The trait will go away when they leave the lot. This lot trait will loot the adoption agent trait for you sim whenever they visit the lot they purchased. Give the lot the Adoption Agency Venue Type. The lot will require the Adoption Agent Lot Trait. Start by setting up an adoption agency lot. You can sell the business using the retail UI but be aware the remaining function of the retail UI should not be used in any way.
This mod is primarily made using mod constructorv4 so it’s custom but if you have any issues just le me know.
